How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders within New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch – 4–8 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. See Track Your Order.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our sizes follow standard measurements. If you're between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.
